Associação de Castelo d'If chose its name from an historical monument in Marseille, underlining its partnership with the Association Château de Serviéres. Its purpose is to promote culture and art through such means as outreach, education and awareness for art and culture. It promotes the creation, production, distribution and sale of artistic works in Portugal and abroad.

In its first year (2010), the association approached rocrabbit to design and develop a website that would be at its core of its promotion, including promoting its events, associated artists and the brand itself. In conjunction with the works of local artists, the main function of the site is to promote the Abertura de Ateliês de Artistas (Open Artists Studio) event.

We supported the association by designing the UI design, including supporting the downloading of maps, and more recently by developing an administrative element, to allow updates of current and important news, and integrating a Google Map showing the location of all the 2011 Arteliers. In its first year, rocrabbit was very proud to see the the website being promoted on the news (RTP1) leading up to the 2010 event.
